HIRING: Financial Executives (Bancassurance) - Placement at Public Bank Branches

We are assisting a well-established financial institution in hiring Financial Executives (Bancassurance) for deployment across various Public Bank branches.

Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred

Job Responsibilities:

Promote a wide range of insurance products to walk-in customers at bank branches Provide personalized financial consultation and recommend suitable solutions Build and maintain strong customer relationships Meet and exceed assigned sales targets Participate actively in regular training sessions and career development programs

Requirements:

Candidates with minimum 3 years of sales experience are encouraged to apply Open to applicants from all industry backgrounds

Financial Executive (Trainee):

SPM/STPM with at least 3 years of working experience OR Diploma holder with less than 1 year of experience

Senior Financial Executive (Trainee):

Degree holder with less than 1 year of experience

Senior Financial Executive:

Degree holder with over 2 years of relevant experience

Remuneration and Benefits:

Basic salary from RM 2,600 up to RM 10,000 (based on experience and position) Attractive monthly commissions and performance bonuses Annual bonus and exclusive incentive schemes Opportunity to qualify for Tier 1 & Tier 2 incentive trips Medical coverage provided Special staff rates on housing and car loans
