Job Details:
Position : Tax Analyst
Company Industry : Banking (Risk & Control)
Working Hours : Monday - Friday (7 A.M. to 4 P.M.)
Working Location : 165 Jalan Ampang, 50450 Kuala Lumpur
Working Duration: 3 months Contract with PERSOLKELLY
Remuneration : Basic range RM2,500 - RM3,000 (depend on experience & qualification) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement

WHO CAN APPLY?

• Bachelor\'s degree/University degree or equivalent experience in accounting & finance
• 0-1 year relevant experience, fresh graduate and intern are welcome to apply
• Prior work experience in taxation that would provide a basic knowledge activities, policies, and procedures of the work area
• Intermediate MS Office skills
• Can demonstrate a working knowledge of technical and professional principles and concepts related to the business
• Proven success as a team player
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise business writing and verbal communication

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Corporate Actions Announcement Capture & Processing teams in relation to Regulatory Reporting & Withholding Tax for Australia and New Zealand.
• Ensure all Regulatory and Tax Reporting obligations are complete and lodged within market and client deadlines. This will include but not be limited to:
• Annual Income & Investment Reporting (AIIR)
• Review and processing of Managed Investment Trust Annual Statements
• Support Client Reporting Requirements

• Ensure all Client tax documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Provides support to operational processes as needed
• Understands the procedures and controls required for custody services
• Assist with special reports and projects, and performs all other job duties as assigned by supervisor
