Job Description
:
- Outbound Telesales/Telemarketing, cross selling to existing customers various Financial Products
- To ensure monthly sales target are met (KPI)
- Educate customers on the benefits of the product and the services
- Good communication skills, telephone etiquette, patience, persuasion, the ability to work under pressure, and teamwork.
- Use a prepared script to influence customers and define eligibility
- Follow organisational standards to maintain quality service
- Contribute to team effort by working effectively with others
- Approach supervisor with any questions, concerns or troubleshooting issues
- Proven experience in telesales, any products, we\'ll train you!
- Outstanding phone etiquette
- Good communication skills in both English and Malay language
- Good interpersonal and selling skills
- Persuasion and sales skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Great sense of humour and fun!
- Rotational shift
- Performance bonus
- Telesales: 2 years (Preferred)
- banking: 1 year (Preferred)
