Key Responsibilities

Beverage Preparation & Service

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to the menu and outlet standards. Handle cocktails, mocktails, wine, beer, and other specialty drinks. Ensure all drinks are presented neatly and attractively.

Customer Service

Greet guests warmly and professionally. Take orders efficiently, recommend menu/drinks, and upsell when necessary. Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints or special requests promptly.

Cleanliness & Maintenance

Maintain cleanliness of the bar and garden area: tables, chairs, counters, and equipment. Organize bar supplies, stock, and glassware properly. Ensure all bar tools and glasses are sanitized and ready for use.

Stock & Inventory Management

Monitor stock levels of beverages, ice, glassware, and garnishes. Request new supplies as needed and check expiry dates. Minimize wastage (spillage, spoilage, breakage).

Operations & Safety

Follow food & beverage hygiene and safety standards. Operate bar equipment safely. Ensure customer safety (e.g., age verification for alcohol, monitoring consumption). Handle payments, cash, and POS systems accurately.

Teamwork & Collaboration

Work closely with baristas, waiters, kitchen staff, and management. Be flexible with work schedules (night shifts, weekends, public holidays). Report operational issues to the Bar Supervisor or Manager.
Requirements & Skills

Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality or F&B Management is an advantage. 1-2 years' experience in bar, lounge, or restaurant garden (depending on role level). Knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wine, beer, and garnishes. Able to work under pressure during peak hours. Good communication skills in English & Malay (Mandarin or other languages is a plus). Well-groomed and professional appearance. Willing to work shifts, nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
