The Bar Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of bar operations, leading the bar team, maintaining service excellence, and ensuring compliance with company standards and management directives. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Must have: the ability to make and improvise amazing cocktails, the ability to manage and motivate a team of Bartenders, The ability to ensure the team has exemplary stills, customer service standards, and top-quality cocktails. - Daily responsibilities: Overseeing bar operations, staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer engagement.- Required skills and experience: Minimum 2-5 years in bar management, with certifications in food safety or mixology preferred.- Desired traits: Innovative mindset for menu development and problem-solving abilities.- Compensation and benefits: Offer competitive packages to attract top talent.
