Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in cafe or F&B industry
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and cafe operations
• Friendly, responsible, and committed to high service standards
• Able to work weekends and flexible hours
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to commute to Lotus Mutiara Damansara daily

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages following Coffeur standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all cafe areas
• Ensure every order is prepared with quality and consistency
• Handle POS system and payment transactions accurately
• Assist in stock arrangement and daily outlet operations
• Support team members to maintain smooth daily workflow
• (For Supervisor) Lead daily shift operations and ensure team performance
