• Minimum SPM/Secondary School education in any field
• Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)
• Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
• Energetic, eager to learn, and adaptable to new knowledge
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Own transport and willing to travel if required
• Able to start immediately or with short notice is an added advantage
• Willing to work on rotational shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Committed to long-term employment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• No barista experience needed - full training will be provided

• Job description

This position contributes to LUCKIN COFFEE MALAYSIA success by providing legendary customer service to all customers. This job creates the Excellence Consumer Experience for our customers by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. Models and acts in accordance with LUCKIN COFFEE MALAYSIA guiding principles.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
Essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of LUCKIN COFFEE MALAYSIA.
• Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
• Contributes to positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in partner morale and performance and communicating them to the store manager.
• Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer. Discovers and responds to customer needs.
• Follows LUCKIN COFFEE MALAYSIA operational SOP, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift.
• Maintains regular and punctual attendance
