  • Proven experience as a Barista or similar role in a high-volume coffee environment.
  • Able to speak in English.

  • Candidates must possess at least SPM.
  • In-depth knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and equipment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

  • Barista certification or relevant education is a plus.

  • Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the coffee bar area, equipment, and storage spaces.
  • Financial Management:
  • Monitor and manage the budget for the barista department, including cost control and revenue generation.
  • Implement strategies to increase sales and maximize profitability.
