Job Description

Barista with Experience:

- Prepare various coffee and non-coffee beverages (including pastry & dessert).

- Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment.

- Manage inventory.

- Provide excellent customer service and recommendations.

- Ensure cleanliness of the bar area and equipment.

- Create latte art and attractive beverage presentations.

- Take and process customer orders efficiently.

- Greet customers warmly and assist with seating.

- Serve food and beverages promptly to tables.

- Handle customer payments and manage transactions.

- Provide menu recommendations and answer inquiries.

- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and cashier station.

- Coordinate with the kitchen and barista for timely service.

- Manage waiting lists and reservations during peak hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
