Job Scope
Prepare drinks and desserts from the menu according to the recipe that meets the restaurant's standard and quality
Ensure work stations cleanliness at all times
Properly handle and maintain all equipment
Responsible to prepare mis en place, ordering ingredients and stock
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the menu and recipes
Observe relevant health and safety standards
Work together with the service and kitchen team through good communication and understanding
Communicate effectively with team members and management
Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to a corporate dress code.
