Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least SPM level of education.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
Preferably Entry Level specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
Outgoing personality, with good customer service skills
Coffee lover with strong passion in brewing, coffee and beverages (Trainings will be provided with certifications!)
Friendly, Positive attitude, Self-Disciplined and Willing to learn
Comfortable to work on shift, weekends and public holidays.
Good punctuality and attendance.
Create world class experience for customers (E.g. providing prompt service, menu recommendations)
Provide high quality beverages & products (GREAT COFFEE is a must!)
Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
Adhere strictly to safety and sanitation regulations in the outlet.
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
