Job Description

Duties:

1. Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other specialty beverages according to hotel recipes and presentation standards.

2. Operate coffee machines, grinders, and related cafe equipment safely and efficiently.

3. Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.

4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area, including counters, equipment, and seating areas.

5. Manage inventory and other supplies; notify the supervisor of stock needs.

6. Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately and responsibly.

7. Uphold all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards as per hotel policy.

8. Assist with training new team members when required.

9. Support the cafe team with additional duties, such as food preparation or table service, during busy periods.

10. Follow all hotel policies related to food safety and cleanliness SOPs (as per KKM guidelines)

11. Cooperate with team members and assist when needed (e.g., helping in other sections)

12. Attend daily briefings and training sessions as required

13. Assume other duties assigned by the supervisors and managers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
