Key Responsibilities
Barista
Prepare and serve coffee, matcha, and beverages consistently.
Deliver warm and professional customer service.
Maintain bar and cafe cleanliness.
Cafe Crew
Assist in preparing pastries, cakes, and desserts.
Ensure presentation, quality, and freshness of items.
Manage pastry stock and supplies.
Kitchen Crew
Prepare and cook cafe menu items (hot food, snacks, light meals).
Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
Support smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.
Requirements
Passion for coffee, matcha, pastries, and great food.
Experience in cafe / restaurant / bakery is a plus.
Willingness to learn, reliable, and a strong team player.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Positive attitude and commitment to delivering quality.
