• Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Prior experience as a barista or in a similar beverage preparation role is preferred.
• Knowledge of traditional kopitiam drinks and techniques (training will be provided if needed).
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Tanggungjawab

• Brew and serve traditional beverages such as kopi, teh tarik, cham, and other local drinks, following authentic methods and recipes.
• Prepare modern beverage options, such as iced coffee, specialty teas, or sodas.
• Ensure consistency in taste, temperature, and presentation of all drinks.
• Address customer feedback or complaints politely and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized beverage station, ensuring hygiene standards are met.
• Clean and maintain brewing equipment, ensuring functionality and safety.
• Refill and stock ingredients such as coffee powder, condensed milk, sugar, and syrups.
• Monitor inventory levels of coffee, tea, and other beverage supplies.
• Assist with ordering and receiving supplies to avoid shortages or excess stock.
• Support other team members during peak hours or special events.
• Uphold the authentic kopitiam atmosphere by ensuring quality service and maintaining the establishment's traditional charm.
• Assist with the arrangement of drink displays and contribute to the overall cleanliness of the dining area.
