Job Description

1. Beverage & Food Preparation

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards. Assist in food preparation (if applicable) and ensure quality presentation. Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and portion control.

2. Customer Service

Greet customers warmly and provide menu recommendations when required. Take and process customer orders accurately. Handle customer feedback, inquiries, or complaints professionally.

3. Cashiering & POS Operations

Operate the cash register/POS system for billing. Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and ensure accuracy in balancing daily sales. Issue receipts and maintain proper transaction records.

4. Outlet Maintenance & Hygiene

Ensure workstations, counters, and equipment are kept clean and sanitized. Follow food safety, hygiene, and health standards at all times. Replenish stock and supplies as required.

5. Teamwork & Compliance

Assist colleagues in daily operations to ensure smooth workflow. Follow company SOPs, policies, and safety regulations. Support management in achieving outlet sales and service targets.

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
