- Local Malaysian
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Able to work on shift rotations (if any)
- Experience as a barista will be an added advantage
- English proficiency is a must
- Willing to learn and grow as a team
- Positive attitude and able to work under pressure
- Basic hospitality - customer service, greetings
- Assist with daily operation - work area set up, order taking, coffee calibration, coffee making, prepare other beverages, serving, cleaning, cashiering, packing etc
- Communicate & assist guests & team members to ensure smooth service
- Follow standard operating procedures to execute each task given by superior / manager
- Keeping work environment and caf\xc3\xa9 seating areas clean, sanitary and organized at all times
- High sense of work ethics and a positive mindset
- Promoting & recommending food and drinks to guests
- Maintaining tools and equipment
- Tracking of inventory of beans, takeaway packaging, etc
- Other task or responsibilities given by superior / manager
- EPF, Sosco, EIS
