Key Responsibilities

Customer Service:

Greeting customers and answering inquiries about the menu. Taking orders accurately and efficiently, paying attention to customer preferences. Providing friendly and efficient service and handling complaints professionally.

Beverage Preparation:

Preparing and serving coffee, specialty drinks, and other beverages according to store standards. Operating coffee machines and other equipment. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment.

Food & Drink Service:

Serving prepared food, pastries, and other items to customers. Assisting with plating and serving dishes.

Cashiering & Payment Processing:

Operating the cash register and handling various payment methods (cash, credit cards). Maintaining accurate transaction records.

Store Maintenance & Stocking:

Keeping the dining and service areas clean and tidy. Monitoring stock levels of beverages, food items, and supplies. Restocking shelves and maintaining product availability.

Communication:

Communicating customer feedback to management. Collaborating with other staff, such as kitchen staff, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
