Bing Chillin is a Melbourne dessert cafe expanding into Malaysia and this is our very first store opening in Puchong. Our dessert cafe offers playful, high-quality bingsu, drinks, and treats to everyone. We're looking for baristas who love coffee, teamwork, and learning new skills. At Bing Chillin, our baristas are also cross-trained to support front and back of house when needed -- so you'll always stay sharp and flexible.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve espresso-based and specialty drinks.
Ensure consistency and quality in all beverages.
Provide friendly customer service at the counter.
Support with general cafe duties (FOH/BOH as needed).
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Requirements
Passion for coffee and customer service.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and team spirit.
Basic to intermediate barista skills preferred
Good communication skills (English & Malay; Chinese a plus).
Punctual and reliable.
