Job summary:

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages, maintaining cleanliness and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, teas, smoothies and heating up food Maintain a clean, organized workstation, including coffee machines, utensils, and the surrounding area Take customer orders, provide recommendations, and ensure accurate and timely service Monitor inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies to ensure stock is sufficient Ensure the quality and consistency of each beverages served Follow health and safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation practices Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions to any issues or concerns in a professional manner Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and setting up the store Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and any promotions Assist with cashier duties, including taking payments and handling cash

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience as a

Barista

or in a customer service role Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and coffee machines Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Preferably candidates who can start work immediately

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
