- Craft and serve expertly prepared espresso-based beverages, specialty coffees, teas, and custom drinks using high-quality equipment, while mastering latte art and tailoring each order to delight our customers.
- Greet and serve guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Accurately process transactions via the POS system, handle cash and card payments with precision, and enthusiastically promote and upsell menu items, specials, and merchandise.
- Keep the cafxc3xa9 spotless by maintaining clean workstations, equipment, tables, and floors, following daily and deep cleaning schedules, and upholding health, safety, and food safety standards.
- Keep track of inventory, restock supplies, notify the manager of low stock, and help with deliveries.
