Job Description
What you'll be doing
Preparing a wide variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, filtered coffee, and specialty drinks Ensuring the highest standards of coffee quality and presentation Providing excellent customer service, engaging with patrons, and addressing any queries or concerns Maintaining a clean and organised workspace, following all health and safety protocols Assisting with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed Collaborating with the team to enhance the overall customer experience
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Barista or similar role in the hospitality industry Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, including latte art and espresso brewing Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing a exceptional experience Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
