What you'll be doing

Preparing and serving a wide range of specialty coffee drinks with precision and flair Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation in the coffee station Providing friendly and attentive customer service to all guests Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the menu, brewing methods, and coffee origins Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment Collaborating with the team to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for customers

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role within the hospitality industry Strong understanding of coffee brewing techniques and an ability to craft high-quality espresso-based drinks Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour Familiarity with common point-of-sale systems and inventory management Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organised work environment Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a positive, team-oriented attitude
