Prepare and serve hot beverages. Complying with all applicable SOP of sanitation, health, and personal hygiene standards at all times. Greeting customers in a friendly manner and taking food and drink orders Clean and sanitize the work and seating area, all the utensils, and all equipment. Manage stock properly and participate in stocktakes and assist in putting away new stock Providing backup to other cafe employees Ensure high quality of service. To undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time. Support the Chef or Captain in ensuring smooth operation of the kitchen and prompt service at all times Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs Give hand to any food preparation to be sold at the coffee shop Bake bakery items or pastry time to time depending on customer traffic Come out with a new beverage menu follow by market trends

LOCAL MALAYSIAN

Customer-oriented Being experienced as a barista is a bonus Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred Good interpersonal skills, energetic and willing to learn new knowledge
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
