About the role

We are seeking a dedicated MIS Assistant to join our team at Panorama Langkawi Sdn Bhd, based in Langkawi, Kedah. You will play a crucial role in supporting our network and systems administration operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our technology infrastructure.

Qualification

Relevant Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum one (1) years in a similar IT support role, preferably in the networks and system administration domain.

Other Requirement

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.

Responsibility

Proficiency in the use of common network and systems administration tools and software. Knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and security best practices. * Familiar with LAN, WAN, WLAN configuration, administration, management & support
