Requirements

• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is advantageous.
• A minimum of 2 years experience working as a barista is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM or above
• Tactful, courteous and able to communicate well with people.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
• Passion for promoting healthy eating habits and wellness through delicious, nutrient-rich meals.
• Well organized and multi task oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage opening and closing of daily bar operation
• Maintain inventory levels to ensure that they are sufficient to meet operational needs
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages
• Ensure quality and consistency in every cup
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain a detailed knowledge of both menus and be able to explain dish descriptions.
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygienic of work station
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements of food hygiene and all due diligence paper work is completed in a correct and timely manner.
• Adhere to high standards of personal hygiene and grooming.
• Perform any other duties as required to be part of the team.
