Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least SPM.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment handling - Experience in making espresso-based drinks and operating coffee machines is an advantage.
• Strong customer service skills - Friendly, attentive, and able to provide a pleasant customer experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Must be efficient, adaptable, and able to multitask during busy hours.
• Skills Required: Espresso preparation, Milk steaming, Customer service and Coffee knowledge.

Responsibilities
Coffee & Beverage Preparation?

• Prepare all coffee and beverages to Illy's high-quality standards.?
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and temperature.?
• Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment properly.?

Customer Experience?

• Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers.?
• Engage with customers and share knowledge about Illy coffee.?
• Handle customer requests and minor complaints professionally.?

Team Support & Operations?

• Work efficiently with the team to ensure smooth service flow.?
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station.?
• Assist in restocking and inventory management.?

Hygiene & Standards?

• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness guidelines.?
• Ensure proper handling of ingredients and equipment.?
• Assist with Opening & Closing Tasks as directed by Manager/Supervisor.?

Sales & Brand Awareness?

• Recommend drinks and upsell Illy products.?
• Promote seasonal offerings and special promotions.?
