Requirements

• Previous barista or cafe experience is preferred, but training will be provided
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Passion for coffee, hospitality, and great service
• Friendly, energetic, and a team player
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)

Responsibilities
We're looking for passionate and friendly Baristas to join our team! As the face of our cafe, you will deliver excellent service, craft quality beverages, and create a welcoming environment for every guest.

• Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and non-coffee beverages, consistently meeting company quality standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner to create a welcoming cafe experience
• Operate coffee machines and brewing equipment confidently, efficiently, and in a safe manner
• Handle cashiering and POS transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and cafe area at all times, adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist in inventory control, including restocking supplies, monitoring stock levels, and reporting shortages promptly
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong teamwork, contributing to a supportive and productive work environment
