Previous barista or cafe experience is preferred, but training will be provided

Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and non-coffee beverages, consistently meeting company quality standards
Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner to create a welcoming cafe experience
Operate coffee machines and brewing equipment confidently, efficiently, and in a safe manner
Handle cashiering and POS transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and cafe area at all times, adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards
Assist in inventory control, including restocking supplies, monitoring stock levels, and reporting shortages promptly
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong teamwork, contributing to a supportive and productive work environment
