For Barista
Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages -- including coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty drinks -- according to KOSA's recipes and presentation standards.
Clean and sanitize workstations, seating areas, utensils, and equipment to maintain hygiene at all times.
Manage and arrange stock, ensuring proper organization and replenishment.
Greet every customer warmly and create meaningful connections.
Describe menu items, answer questions, and recommend products based on customer preferences.
Receive and process customer payments accurately.
Ensure a consistently high standard of service and overall customer experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
Expected hours: No less than 42 per week
