- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, including taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, equipment, and seating area.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking.
- Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and skills.
