Prepare coffee, tea and other drinks consistently.
Operate espresso machine and maintain cleanliness of the bar area.
Greet customers, take orders and answer menu inquiries.
Receive and process customer payments accurately via cash, debit/credit card, or e-wallet using the POS system.
Refill stock (e.g. milk, beans, cups) and report low inventory.
Keep the counter and work area clean and well-organized.
Work as a team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years old and above.
Malaysian citizen or permanent resident.
Minimum qualification SPM or equivalent.
Having prior experience as a barista is an advantage.
Passion for coffee, pastries or customer service is a big plus.
Positive attitude, hardworking and eager to learn.
A good team player and able to work independently when needed.
Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
