Role Overview
As a
Barista
, you are the face of Luckin Coffee. You will craft premium coffee and beverages, provide friendly and efficient service, and uphold the brand's commitment to quality and speed. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about coffee, love working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverage items according to Luckin Coffee standards.
Operate coffee machines, brewing equipment, and point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately.
Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, equipment, and seating area.
Manage order accuracy and speed, ensuring minimal wait time for customers.
Support team operations, including stock management and restocking as needed.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and operational SOPs.
Contribute to creating a positive, efficient, and customer-focused work environment.
Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
Prior F&B or barista experience preferred but
not mandatory
(training provided).
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
Friendly, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
Passionate about coffee and providing great service.
