- Prepare & serve beverages in accordance with Luckin Coffee's recipes, standards and presentation guidelines.
- Uphold strict hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout the store, ensuring all areas, tools, and equipment are sanitised and well-maintained at all times.
- Provide friendly and professional customer assistance, addressing any issues calmly and courteously.
- Support overall store operations, including restocking, inventor checks, and assisting team members when needed.
- Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and health and safety regulations consistently.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, teamwork, and strong attention to detail in all tasks.
- Able to adapt and perform effectively in a fast-paced and high-demand environment.
