Job Description

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of the cafe.

Brew coffee, espresso, and tea beverages according to cafe standards.

Prepare specialty drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, and iced beverages.

Ensure the quality, consistency, and presentation of all drinks.

Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service.

Take customer orders and answer questions about the menu or drink options.

Clean and maintain equipment (espresso machines, grinders, blenders, etc.) to ensure proper functioning.

Wash dishes, utensils, and other necessary items during shifts.

Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, syrups, and other ingredients.

Assist in inventory checks and help with reordering supplies as needed.

Operate the register, process payments, and give accurate change.

Ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the end of the shift.

Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards in food preparation and handling.

Ensure that all products are stored and handled according to health regulations.

Collaborate with other baristas, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth cafe operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
