Requirements

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, such as espresso, lattes, and cappuccinos, according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines and other coffee brewing equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good working order.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, answering questions, and addressing any concerns or complaints.
• Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies, and notifying management when reordering is necessary.
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems to accurately process customer orders and handle cash and card transactions.
• Create latte art designs to enhance the presentation of coffee beverages.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the coffee bar, seating area, and restrooms.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the cafe.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling, customer service, and employee conduct.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee brewing equipment, ensuring proper functionality and cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and notifying management when reordering is necessary.
• Utilize POS systems to accurately process customer orders, handle cash and credit card transactions, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
• Create latte art designs to enhance the presentation of coffee beverages and provide a visually appealing experience for customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the coffee bar, seating area, and restrooms, adhering to hygiene and sanitation standards.
