Responsibilities:
?Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and other beverages with attention to quality and presentation.
? Provide friendly and efficient customer service in a fast-paced environment.
?Engage with customers to recommend drinks, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction.
? Handle cash, process payments, and maintain accuracy during transactions.
? Keep the coffee bar clean and organised, including all equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
? Restock and maintain inventory levels for coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
? Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up the coffee bar, cleaning, and securing the area.
?Comply with health and safety regulations, ensuring all food and drink preparation follows guidelines.
?Continuously learn and adapt to new coffee brewing techniques, trends, and equipment.
?Maintain positive team collaboration, supporting colleagues when needed.
?Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a polite and professional manner.
? Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the leader
Requirements:
? No experience is encouraged to apply because training will be provided
? Maintain a clean work environment
? Strong customer service and communication skills
? Able to multi-task when required
? Practice basic safety procedures with respect to equipment and handling hot beverages
? Willing to work on rotational shifts especially on weekends & public holidays
