Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our cafe team at City University's Cyberjaya campus. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of coffee preparation, be friendly and efficient, and provide an exceptional cafe experience to students, staff, and campus visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to standardized recipes. Operate coffee machines and brewing equipment safely and efficiently. Provide ideas on beverage menu designing to ensure it is up to trend. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cafe, including equipment, countertops, and seating areas. Engage with customers in a friendly, helpful manner, and handle inquiries or concerns professionally. Restock ingredients and supplies such as cups, milk, syrups, and pastries. Always ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist in inventory checks and notify the supervisor of low stock or maintenance needs. Support any special university events or promotional activities run by the cafe.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
