• Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma.
• Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply.
• Experience 0.5 to 1 year equivalent.
• Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes.
• Enhances coffee shop reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
• Experience with POS system.
• Knowledgeable of coffee program.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Tanggungjawab

• Maintain the cleanliness of all displays, counters and seating areas, ensuring Health and Safety hazards, issues, near misses and accidents are reported using the appropriate reporting procedures at the earliest opportunity.
• Greeting customers in a friendly manner and taking food and drink orders.
• Preparing and serving beverages such as drip coffee, espresso-based drinks, tea and other specialty drinks.
• Preparing and serving food items such as soups, sandwiches and pastries.
• Answering customers\' questions about menu choices.
• To take responsibility of all monies whilst on shift ensuring all Profit Protection Procedures and relevant paperwork is adhered too at all times, reporting any issues to your line manager.
• Tracking and ordering inventory for cafe and beverage supplies, such as coffee beans, milk, napkins and cups.
• Maintaining espresso machines, grinders, coffee machines and other equipment by cleaning, troubleshooting and scheduling repairs.
• To observe and comply with all company and unit profit protection procedures.
• Prepares beverages for guests and ensures they are consistent with standards.
• Familiarize self with menu and prices.
• Assist in set-up and maintaining service areas and dining rooms in a clean, neat, and orderly manner.
• Other duties as directed inclusive of but not limited to serving, clearing and resetting tables as needed, dishwashing.
• Opportunities to fine tune skills and craft.
• Serve food and beverages, including, but not limited to, meals, condiments and accompaniments.
