Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages to customers Operate coffee machines and other equipment to the highest standards Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and utensils Provide excellent customer service, taking orders and delivering beverages with a smile Ensure proper storage of coffee beans and other ingredients Upsell and promote drinks and specials to customers Assist with opening and closing duties, as well as stock replenishment Work with the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is a plus (but not required) Passion for coffee and customer service Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A positive and friendly attitude Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Ability to work effectively as part of a team
