NO HOSTEL Provided Malaysian ONLY LOCATION: IOI CITY MALL, PUTRAJAYA Barista Job Summary: Preparing beverages for patrons and serving them through the wait staff. Maintaining a clean and organised work environment. They may also answer customer queries about the restaurant and menu, and assist various restaurant staff when necessary. : Your responsibilities as the Barista will include but not limited to: \xc2\xb7 Mixing beverages using an extensive range of ingredients including coffee, milk, puree, syrups, sugar, and fruits \xc2\xb7 Taking beverage orders from customers or wait staff and serving drinks as requested, paying extreme attention to detail \xc2\xb7 Satisfying patron requests in a timely manner \xc2\xb7 Assessing customer preferences and making drink recommendations \xc2\xb7 Providing a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with patrons \xc2\xb7 Collecting money for drinks served and providing change as needed \xc2\xb7 Checking identification to verify legal age requirements for all customers \xc2\xb7 Balancing cash receipts \xc2\xb7 Keeping a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of coffee, milk, fruits, syrups, puree, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, glassware, and other accessories \xc2\xb7 Cleaning the bar, tables, chairs, and work area to maintain a sanitary environment \xc2\xb7 Organising the bar area to streamline drink preparation andinventory \xc2\xb7 Placing orders for beverages and other supplies \xc2\xb7 Slicing, pitting, and preparing fruit garnishes for drinks \xc2\xb7 Planning bar menus \xc2\xb7 Creating unique drinks \xc2\xb7 Preparing and serving appetisers, snacks, or other food items for customers at the bar \xc2\xb7 Complying with all food and beverage regulations \xc2\xb7 Limiting customer problems by restricting alcohol intake and attempting to curtail inappropriate behaviour \xc2\xb7 Implement improvements for products and service. \xc2\xb7 Maintain regular communication with staff and management through meetings and discussions. \xc2\xb7 Keeping up to date with all local law enforcement rules & conditions on Typhoid & Food Handlers Course. It\xe2\x80\x99s a MUST to obtain the Typhoid & Food Handlers Course by all employees in which all documentations will be retained by the company for Law Enforcements checks. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,200.00 - RM2,300.00 per month Benefits:
