We are committed to excellent customer service, ensuring that every guest enjoys a perfect blend of excitement and relaxation.

Job Responsibilities:

Preparing drinks, including grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea, and serving items to customers. Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to maintain consistency. Engage with customers and recommend drinks based on their preferences. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the workstation. Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash and sanitizing equipment and utensils. Process payments (credit/debit cards, e-payments) using the POS system. Issue receipts and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

Passion for coffee and great customer service. Having Latte Art skills is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask. Friendly, responsible, and team-oriented. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
