Job Description

LOCATION:

1. Airport Management Centre (AMC Office), KLIA

2. Aerotrain, Long Term Car Park (LTCP), KLIA

1. Beverage Preparation:

Learn and prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company recipes and standards. Assist in operating espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment under supervision. Maintain consistency in drink quality and presentation.

2. Customer Service:

Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately. Answer questions about menu items and provide recommendations. Handle customer feedback or concerns professionally, escalating issues to senior staff when needed.

3. Shop Maintenance:

Keep the barista station, equipment, and dining area clean and organized. Refill supplies such as milk, syrups, and coffee beans as needed. Assist with dishwashing and general cleaning duties.

4. Team Support:

Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment. Participate in training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge.

5. Operational Duties:

Restock inventory and communicate shortages to the supervisor. Follow food safety and hygiene practices. Handle payments and process transactions through the point-of-sale (POS) system when required.

Requirements:

Passion for coffee, tea, and customer service. Willingness to learn and take direction from senior team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented attitude. Basic math skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in food and beverage (preferred but not required).
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to RM1,700.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
