Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages--including coffee, tea, artisan creations, and specialty drinks--while adhering to standard recipes, quality benchmarks, and presentation guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment, ensuring workstations, seating areas, utensils, and equipment are consistently sanitized and well-kept. Monitor and manage stock and inventory efficiently, keeping supplies organized, replenished, and ready for daily operations. Greet, engage, and interact with customers warmly and professionally to create a welcoming and memorable experience. Clearly explain menu items and provide thoughtful, personalized recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction. Accurately handle customer orders, process payments, and perform cash-handling duties with attention to detail and integrity. Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service and actively contribute to a positive, collaborative, and team-focused environment.

Requirements

Fully vaccinated with at least two (2) doses. Minimum SPM / Secondary School education in any field. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Malay. Strong interpersonal skills, energetic, motivated, and willing to learn. Possession of own transportation is preferred. No prior barista experience required--comprehensive training will be provided.
