Qualifications and Experiences :
Vaccinated with at least 2 doses
Proven experience as a Coffee Barista, with a strong track record of excellent customer service
Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve customer issues effectively
Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM certificate in any field
Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
Good interpersonal skills, energetic and willing to learn new knowledge
A positive, outgoing attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

"ZUS Signature" is ZUS COFFEE's premium concept cafe targeting sophisticated customers. We aim to provide exceptional customer service, extensive coffee knowledge and a comfortable atmosphere for our customers.
Position Responsibilities :
Customer Engagement Initiatives: Authority to lead customer engagement activities, including gathering feedback, offering product recommendations, and sharing insights about ZUS Coffee's products and the coffee journey.
Quality Control: Authority to ensure consistency and excellence in the preparation of all coffee beverages, maintaining high standards in presentation, flavor, and overall product quality.
Training & Mentorship: Authority to mentor and train other baristas, sharing knowledge, demonstrating advanced techniques (e.g., latte art), and ensuring the team upholds ZUS Coffee's service and quality standards.
Problem-Solving: Authority to address and resolve customer issues related to service or products, ensuring swift and effective solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
Process Improvement: Authority to suggest and implement improvements in coffee preparation processes, service flow, or customer interactions that align with the brand's mission and values.
Operational Oversight: Must have Dining Experiences
