Draper Startup House is looking for a Barista/Bartender to join our team, responsible for crafting exceptional coffee drinks and preparing cocktails. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about both coffee and cocktails, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is ready to dive in and build something great from scratch.

This is an exciting opportunity for anyone willing to roll up their sleeves and contribute to an innovative project and showcase their passion for crafting exceptional drinks.

Tasks

• Greet customers and take orders for coffee and/or cocktails
• Prepare coffee drinks and cocktails according to recipes and customer preferences
• Ensure the bar and coffee stations are kept clean and well-stocked
• Maintain inventory and restock supplies when necessary
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer complaints or concerns
• Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines
• Upsell additional drinks or menu items to customers when appropriate
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Requirements

• A personable, social, and optimistic attitude
• Experience in social media marketing
• Good communications skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
• Handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations for handling food and beverages
