Job Scope and Responsibilities: Barista/Service Crew

1. Customer Service

Greet customers courteously and take orders with accuracy and efficiency. Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences and dietary requirements. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner. Ensure a welcoming and pleasant dining experience for all patrons.
2. Beverage and Food Preparation

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages in accordance with company standards and recipes. Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other cafe equipment efficiently. Ensure that all food and beverage items are presented in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
3. Cash Handling & Order Management

Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately. Handle various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and e-wallets. Issue receipts and ensure correct billing procedures are followed.
4. Cleaning & Hygiene Compliance

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workspace, dining area, and kitchen in accordance with health and safety regulations. Adhere to food safety protocols, including proper food handling, storage, and preparation. Regularly clean and sanitize all equipment, utensils, and workstations.
5. Stock Management & Inventory Control

Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as required. Report any shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor or manager. Ensure that all ingredients and supplies are stored properly to maintain quality and freshness.
6. Teamwork & Operational Support

Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines at all times.
This role requires a proactive and customer-oriented approach, with a commitment to maintaining service excellence and operational efficiency.

Proficiency in Chinese language is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
