Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes.
2. Greet guests, take drink and food orders, and ensure excellent customer service.
3. Maintain knowledge of drink menus, seasonal cocktails, and promotions.
4. Check identification to verify customers meet legal drinking age requirements.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including counters, tools, and glassware.
6. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and report shortages.
7. Handle cash and electronic payments accurately; open and close bar registers.
8. Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
9. Address customer needs, handle complaints professionally, and ensure guest satisfaction.
10. Collaborate with servers, barbacks, and management to ensure smooth operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
