NO HOSTEL Provided ONLY FOR MALAYSIAN LOCATION: IOI CITY MALL, PUTRAJAYA Bartender Job Summary: Preparing beverages for patrons and serving them at the bar or through the wait staff. Maintaining a clean and organised work environment. They may also answer customer queries about the restaurant and menu, and assist various restaurant staff when necessary. : Your responsibilities as the Bartender will include but not limited to: \xc2\xb7 Mixing beverages using an extensive range of ingredients including liquor, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits \xc2\xb7 Taking beverage orders from customers or wait staff and serving drinks as requested, paying extreme attention to detail \xc2\xb7 Satisfying patron requests in a timely manner \xc2\xb7 Assessing customer preferences and making drink recommendations \xc2\xb7 Providing a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with patrons \xc2\xb7 Collecting money for drinks served and providing change as needed \xc2\xb7 Checking identification to verify legal age requirements for all customers \xc2\xb7 Balancing cash receipts \xc2\xb7 Keeping a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, glassware, and other accessories \xc2\xb7 Cleaning the bar, tables, chairs, and work area to maintain a sanitary environment \xc2\xb7 Organising the bar area to streamline drink preparation andinventory \xc2\xb7 Placing orders for liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies \xc2\xb7 Slicing, pitting, and preparing fruit garnishes for drinks \xc2\xb7 Planning bar menus \xc2\xb7 Creating unique drinks \xc2\xb7 Preparing and serving appetisers, snacks, or other food items for customers at the bar \xc2\xb7 Complying with all food and beverage regulations \xc2\xb7 Limiting customer problems by restricting alcohol intake and attempting to curtail inappropriate behaviour \xc2\xb7 Implement improvements for products and service. \xc2\xb7 Maintain regular communication with staff and management through meetings and discussions. \xc2\xb7 Stay current with relevant legislation regarding service of alcohol, sale of tobacco and licensing. \xc2\xb7 Keeping up to date with all local law enforcement rules & conditions on Typhoid & Food Handlers Course. It\xe2\x80\x99s a MUST to obtain the Typhoid & Food Handlers Course by all employees in which all documentations will be retained by the company for Law Enforcements checks. Hostess A hostess or host greets customers as they enter a restaurant, takes their reservations or puts them on a waiting list, gives them menus and shows them to their seats. They may also handle phone calls and customer queries about the restaurant and menu, and assist various restaurant staff when necessary. : Your responsibilities as the Hostess will include but not limited to: \xe2\x80\xa2 Greeting guests as they enter, and putting them on a waiting list if necessary. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide guests with menus and answering any initial questions pertaining the restaurant and menu \xe2\x80\xa2 Seating guests at tables or in waiting areas \xe2\x80\xa2 Assigning guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers \xe2\x80\xa2 Engaging with guests to ensure they\xe2\x80\x99re happy with food and service. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them. \xe2\x80\xa2 Answering phone calls, taking reservations and answering questions. \xe2\x80\xa2 A knowledge of the menu. \xe2\x80\xa2 Helping out with other tasks in the restaurant as needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing great customer service. \xe2\x80\xa2 Keep the restaurant entrance tidy and welcoming at all time. \xe2\x80\xa2 Keeping up to date with all local law enforcement rules & conditions on Typhoid & Food Handlers Course. It\xe2\x80\x99s a MUST to obtain the Typhoid & Food Handlers Course by all employees in which all documentations will be retained by the company for Law Enforcements checks. \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other lawful assignment given by the Management from time to time. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM2,600.00 per month Benefits:
