Job Description
Sets up outlet and service stations on time before service and according to standards.
Keeps service stations clean and complete.
Provides service in accordance with service standards.
Knows table/seat numbering, takes orders and uses Micros system to input orders.
Ensures food & beverage is served at the appropriate time.
Thanks every guest when they depart.
Assists guests with menu recommendations and up-sells to increase the average check.
Checks satisfaction of guests in assigned station.
Ensures tables are always re-set in accordance with table top specifications.
Is observant and pro-active in maintaining the table clean and glasses replenished.
