Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Beverage Preparation
1. Prepare a variety of drinks including fresh juices, carbonated beverages, milkshakes, coffee, and tea.
2. Prepare drinks according to standard recipes and ensure both taste and presentation are appealing.
Bar Setup & Maintenance
1. Organize and store beverage ingredients neatly and hygienically.
2. Ensure the bar area is always clean, organized, and well-stocked with items such as fresh fruits, ice, syrups, milk, etc.
Customer Service
1. Interact warmly with customers placing orders at the bar counter.
2. Answer questions about the drink menu and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
Teamwork in Restaurant Operations
1. Work closely with waiters/waitresses and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and accurate order preparation.
2. Assist in cleaning tasks or resetting areas when needed.
Compliance with SOP & Food Safety
1. Comply with all hygiene guidelines, food safety standards, and halal restaurant operating procedures.
2. Maintain a neat and clean appearance at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
1. Minimum SPM or equivalent.
2. Friendly, responsible, and disciplined.
3. Creative in beverage preparation and presentation.
4. Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
